VEHICLE WRAPPING
You should expect your car wrap to last three to seven years, depending on the brand of wrap, the
chosen finish, and with proper care & maintenance.
Depending on the chosen wrap option, the following are the time frames
For Exterior Color Change Wrap: 2 – 3 working days
For Value Option – Exterior Color Change Wrap: 1 – 2 working days
For Full Color Change Wrap: 5-7 working
Yes, the wrap can be removed from the vehicle. Removing the wrap will not cause damage to the original paint, as long as the original OEM paint was in good condition.
Yes, we do offer a 2 year warranty on all wrap options. Our warranty ONLY includes bubbling and peeling issues. Any intentional or road wear damage is NOT covered.
Yes, you can wash your wrapped vehicle with a pressure washer NOT exceeding 2000 PSI. While using the pressure washer, please keep a minimum distance of at least 2 feet.
Yes, as long as the car wash is a touchless car wash. Do not take your wrapped vehicle through a automatic bay car wash.

PAINT PROTECTION FILM
Our ULTIMATE PLUS Series Films are warrantied for 10 years. This warranty covers: yellowing, staining,
delaminating, cracking, peeling, bubbling.

No special maintenance is required for XPEL ULTIMATE PLUS. However, the film will last longer and will be easier to clean if treated with ceramic coating.
The clear coat is the self-healing layer and is approximately 13 microns thick. If that layer is penetrated, the film will not heal.
Yes. Most smooth painted surface can be covered with paint protection film.
Yes, but please wait at least 48 hours after PPF installation to allow the film to dry completely.

CERAMIC COATING
Depending on the chosen package of Ceramic Coating, it can last from 6 months to lifetime
Depending on the chosen package, the following are the time frames
For the Sport Package: 1 working day
For the Bronze Package: 2 working day
For the Silver Package: 3 working days
For the Gold Package: 4 working days
For the Sport Package: 6 Month Warranty
For the Bronze Package: 2 Year Warranty
For the Silver Package: 5 Year Warranty
For the Gold Package: Lifetime Warranty
A new Ceramic Pro Coating will take 2-3 weeks to cure to its full strength.

VEHICLE WINDOW & LIGHT TINTING
For Window Tint, the tint is installed from the inside. For the Light Tints, it is installed on the oustide.
Our Window Tint lasts lifetime of the vehicle. PPF Headlight & Tail Light Tint lasts 4 years.
Depending on the chosen tinting service, it can take from 3 to 5 hours
Upon completion of the installation, please allow 2-3 weeks for the Window Tint to fully heal and for the
hazy, patchy and uneven appearance to disappear. Please refrain from lowering tinted windows for at
least 4-5 days. Drying times will vary depending on the weather.
In British Columbia, no film is permitted on the driver's compartment, right and left. Any film may be installed on the side windows behind the driver. Any film may be applied to the rear window, provided
the vehicle has 2 exterior rear view mirrors.
Our highly experienced installers take great care to provide the best window film application results
each and every time. However, due to the nature of the film application, please note that a very minor degree of dust particles will be present in every installation. The amount of dust present in a job is directly related to the age and cleanliness of the vehicle.
Yes, our warranty is on labor which is covered for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. All of our
window film installations are covered by a product warranty, unless otherwise specified. The product
warranty covers any defects or premature failure in accordance to manufacturer specifications (provided and on the condition that the products were properly sold and installed on an appropriate vehicle glass surface by an authorized dealer in accordance with all recommended installation procedures).
